Terms of Use for PLG Portal and Online Payments
Use this if you are a homeowner, or a party authorized by the homeowner who wants to make a payment on an account in collection at Palmeri Law Group, LLP for sums due an association including attorney fees and costs.
Payment of less than full amount due will be accepted, but collection of the account will continue until full payment is received.
You must not use or otherwise complete any transactions on the Palmeri Law Group portal ("PLG Portal") without permission from Palmeri Law Group, LLP. Use of the PLG Portal does not create, in any way, an attorney-client relationship or an assumption of legal representation. Unauthorized use of the PLG Portal is strictly prohibited.
Pursuant to the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act, 15 U.S.C. Section 1601 et seq., payments made using the PLG Portal may be for collection of a debt. Any payments or information obtained or provided may be used for that purpose.
